Not an afterthought
A good part of our pastry list is naturally gluten free — meringue, marzipan, almond and coconut are simply how these recipes have always been made. Many of the rest can be made gluten free on request. Ask us anything about ingredients or cross-contact; we'd rather answer ten questions than have you worry.

Saturday mornings at the market
Come early for the best selection. Tell us during the week what you'd like us to bring and we'll adjust — that's half the fun of it.
In the fridge you'll usually find princess cakes, pavlova, Budapest, Sarah Bernhardts and chocolate balls.
